Owner / Operator
Construction has been part of Ryan's working life for years. While attending Missouri State University, he worked in construction and later graduated with a bachelor's degree in finance with an emphasis in real estate development.
That combination of hands-on experience and an understanding of real estate shapes the way he approaches projects today: listen first, plan thoughtfully, communicate clearly and keep the homeowner's long-term goals in view.
Home renovations can be stressful and overwhelming. Ryan believes respect for a client's time, home and family is just as important as the work itself. His goal is for every homeowner to understand what is happening, why it matters and what comes next.
What R.E.L. Means
R.E.L. reflects the initials of Ryan and his sons, Emmett and Levi. They occasionally work alongside him, learning practical skills, work ethic and the value of time spent together.
The company was created with the hope of building something lasting—something the family can be proud of and perhaps one day carry forward.
